Filling cones for festivals, parties, and more just got even easier thanks to the Pulsar ECF Electric Cone Filler. This device comes with its own travel case complete with all the accessories your customers will need to grind it, pack it, stash it, & cash it.

The ECF runs on a small-but-mighty 350mAh battery that's ready to shred herb to perfection at any time. Its funnel-shaped herb grinding chamber has a specially made plugged tip where pre-roll cones can be attached to transfer ground herb directly from grinder to paper. The included metal tool is perfect for stirring & dislodging herb from the grinder, as well as tamping down herb in cones before twisting them off. 

Included with this kit are multiple storage tubes for storing cones--filled or empty--as well as an additional clear jar which can be used as a grinding chamber on the device or for storing whole or ground herbs on the go. The cone stand holds up to 4 cones for loading or display, and the kit comes with a cleaning brush to keep the grinder clean and in top shape.

U.S SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES We know that a complicated shipping policy is something nobody wants to deal with, so we’ve kept it simple! Any order over $100 is FREE when standard shipping is selected. Shipping rates for orders under $100 will determined by shipping method selected and size of order. Orders will be shipped via UPS and will require an adult signature upon delivery. How quickly can I expect my package after placing an order? We understand that when you make an order, you want your Kayd Mayd as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to make that happen! You can expect a handling and packaging time between 1-2 business days. You can expect another 2-6 days for shipping depending on what location the package is being shipped. If your package is being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, except more time will be needed. What are your business days? Business days are Monday-Friday. Holidays, Saturday’s and Sundays are not included in business days. If you place an order on Friday, expect the order to be process on Monday or Tuesday depending on what time the order was placed. Do you offer international shipping? No. At this time we do not offer international shipping or shipping to any U.S. territories.
Refund and Exchange Policy Hey, we’ve all been there. We’ve all had to deal with online returns for one reason of another. It can be a very frustrating experience. Here at Kayd Mayd we are 100% committed to making your customer experience and satisfaction the best it can possibly be! We accept returns for UNUSED products that don’t meet your requirements within 30 days of receipt. We do not charge a restocking fee, but you are responsible for paying the return shipping on items that do not meet your requirements. I need to make a return. How do I do that? If you need to return a product, please email sales@kaydmayd.com with your name, order number and give a brief description of the item and reason of return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. When returning an item, there are just a few rules to follow. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition to be eligible for return. If there is any suspicion that a product has been returned used, no refund will be given. Only after the product has been received, inspected and approved of having not been used will a refund be given. Original sales receipt must accompany product. For any return of an undamaged product, return and initial shipping will not be reimbursed. Once we receive your returned item and item has passed inspection, an email will be sent notifying you of your approval and a full refund of the purchase price (less the initial delivery charge) will be rewarded. If your returned item does not pass inspection, an email will be sent notifying you why. My item is damaged. What do I do? We’re so sorry to hear that, it is just as disappointing for us too! Please let us know right away if something in your order is damaged or faulty. In the event of receiving a damaged item, two choices are given. You may either return the item for a full refund of purchase price plus shipping costs or you may exchange the item for a new one of the same model. Please use the same contact information as stated for returns with your name, order number and give a brief description of the item. Please include what the damage is and whether you would like to return or exchange the item. Same rules apply for damages that apply for returns with one exception, return shipping cost will be covered. Please review our exchange policy for information regarding exchanges. Please note, all damaged items returned will be inspected and reviewed to ensure a fault has occurred. If a suspected damaged item is returned and an inspection reveals no notable damage a refund of purchase price will be rewarded less shipping cost. How soon can I expect to see my refund? You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). I would like to exchange my item for a different one. Can I do that? You bet! If you have made an item purchase and would like to exchange it for a similar item but maybe with a different color or graphic design, no problem. Email sales@kaydmayd.com with your name, order number and a description of want you would like to exchange your item for. If it is necessary, we can email you a picture and description of the item prior to shipping for your agreeance and approval of correct item. Same rules apply with exchanges as with returns with a few differences. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition to be eligible for return. If there is any suspicion that a product has been returned used, no refund will be given. Only after the product has been received, inspected and approved of having not been used will a refund be given. Original sales receipt must accompany product. If an undamaged item is being exchanged, return and initial shipping cost will not be reimbursed. If you are making an exchange due to a damaged product, shipping cost will be covered if item is deemed to be damaged after inspection. Only items of the same model and value can be exchanged.
